Welcome to our online used bookstore. The goal of this website is to help give books a second life well after an owner is ready to part with their copy and donation or trade in services aren't available in their area. Instead, they can trade in their books to us where they will be resold to a new owner. We currently offer a small selection of books ranging from fantasy to science fiction to thrillers.

We apologize, but our website is not quite up and running fully yet. While the site is online, payment and order processing is not available yet. In the meantime, you can still browse our catalog and look at our prices while we are working on bringing the store to a complete state.

We appreciate your patience during this time and your interest in visiting our site. Remember to enter your email if you wish to recieve an update when the store is fully online and/or to recieve offers for deals afterwards. Below this text is a list of some of the most common questions that we have been getting emailed to us since the start of this business. If you have a question for us, please take a moment and look over this list to see if one of your questions has already been answered by us.

Will you be adding more genres?

Yes! We are currently working on adding several new genres as we speak. To do this, we are polling on what genres people would like to see, and focusing on filling the highest rated ones first. While there will be more attention given to the highest vote, all of the following genres will be added in the future: Mystery, Horror, Romance, History, and Biography.

What is the rate on shipping?

Our national shipping (that being within the U.S.) is as follows: $3.00 per item for standard shipping (5-10 business days), $10.00 for express shipping (1-5 business days), and $15.00 for expedited shipping (1-4 days). International shipping is 15-30 business days, and pricing is determined at checkout.

Can shipping be tracked?

Yes, tracking is provided for all orders. Order information (with user permission) is made available to the Shop app, where your order can be tracked internationally and through several shipping entities from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, and more.

Do you offer a way to view order history?

Currently, your reciept will include an order code that you can write down for personal records. Additionally, if you include your email, a copy of the reciept can be sent to you that way. Another method is by using the Shop app, your reciept (including the order number) will be included there as well. While we do not have something more centralized set up yet, we do plan to add account infrastructure soon.

Are you able to buy books from users?

While we don't have anything set up yet, we are planning to implement a system where users can trade in books for money, not just credit, although a higher payout of store credit in exchange for books is also planned for the future.

What condition must a book be in to be sold?

In order for books to sold, they must be held to a baseline standard that the words are legible enough for the average buyer to comfortably read. If books sent in fail to meet those standards, then we will be unable to purchase it and will send it back to the return address instead. Additionally, it must also contain an ISBN printed on the back in order for us to price it.

How long does it take for me to recieve payment or credit?

For payment to a paypal account, please allow up to 3 business days after your item has arrived to us for the transaction to go through. For in store credit, you can expect it to be added to your account balance the same day that the original item has been recieved.

Do you offer a review system?

Unfortunately not yet. We do plan to add one in the future, including a five-star rating scale and comments for people to share more complex thoughts on the products.

What if a listed item goes out of stock?

Unfortunately, as our website is still new and developing its inventory, it is not unlikely that an item will go out of stock. In the event that it does, the only step to take currently is to wait. When account infrastructrue is set up in the future though, you will be able to wishlist an item and have an email sent to you the moment that said item goes back in stock.

Do you have plans to hand out rentals?

While our current selection is limited, we do plan to add this feature to select titles in the future. This will be done through the website and be shipped the same way, but instead of the usual shipment packaging, rentals will use reusable packaging so that the reader can easily place the book back into it when they are done and ship it back to us.
